Who is this program for?

Adults in the United States who want to quit, but want to get comfortable with not smoking for short periods of time first. Pratice Quit will help you build skills and confidence to quit for good. Or you can try the Daily Challenges program to build skills for becoming smokefree without quitting. This program is offered by the National Cancer Institute’s Smokefree.gov.

How does it work?

Sign up with the form below or text GO to 47848. You will receive daily text messages to support you in quitting smoking from the short code 47848 (message and data rates may apply). The program lasts for 1-5 days. You can opt out at any time by texting STOP.
