Who is this program for?
Smokers who want to quit, but want to get comfortable with not smoking for short periods of time first. This will help you build skills and confidence to quit for good. Or you can try the Daily Challenges program to build skills for becoming smokefree without quitting.
How long is it?
1, 3, or 5 days—it's your choice. You will receive 3-5 messages per day and can do as many Practice Quits as you want.
