Who is this program for?
Smokers who are thinking about quitting, but aren't ready to stop completely. This program will help you build your quitting skills—like managing cravings and understanding your triggers—and get you prepared to try a Practice Quit or quit for good.
How long is it?
You will receive 1 challenge each day for 7 days. Each challenge starts at 9 a.m. and you can do as many weeks of Daily Challenges as you want.
