We asked our community of Smokefree Women "What helps you get to sleep?"

Here's what you told us!

  1. A cup of warm, herbal tea and a good book.

  2. Going to bed early—if I can get to sleep before 10 p.m., I usually sleep all through the night!

  3. I limit how much water I drink at night so that I don’t get up a thousand times to use the bathroom.

  4. Keeping my feet warm with a pair of cozy socks helps me sleep better!

  5. I eat my heaviest meal at lunch and avoid eating late at night.

  6. If I wake up in the middle of the night, I resist the temptation to look at the alarm clock and instead put on some relaxing, meditative music, and I usually fall right back to sleep.
